Job summary

Easterseals is seeking a Digital Navigator to support Veterans Rally Point members and SPGP referrals in Norwich and Windsor. You will deliver digital literacy instruction, provide technology assistance, and coach participants to access employment, benefits, telehealth, and community resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering digital literacy instruction and customer service.
• Knowledge of digital devices, internet navigation, and online portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital navigation services to VRP members and SPGP referrals.
• Maintain a regular weekly schedule across Norwich and Windsor locations.
• Assess digital literacy needs and develop individualized learning plans.
• Connect participants with devices, internet access, and digital resources.
• Deliver digital literacy classes and tutorials on a range of topics.
• Develop partnerships with employers and community organizations to expand opportunities.
• Support job searches, resume development, and online employment applications.
