Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a part-time Digital Navigation Coordinator to promote and support digital literacy initiatives for refugees, migrants, and the broader community. The role emphasizes coordinating programming, assessing community needs, and ensuring data-driven outcomes while maintaining program integrity and alignment with agency policies.

The coordinator will work primarily in Wyandotte and Johnson Counties, with occasional travel across the 21-county service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years field experience with technology access.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and present to groups.
• Ability to develop and coordinate programs addressing digital literacy and access.
• Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, and drug testing as required.
• Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Digital Navigator, interns, and volunteers.
• Develop and implement programs addressing clients' digital literacy and access needs.
• Support delivery of Digital Navigation services, including classes, workshops, and one-on-one assistance.
• Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting for funding and QA standards.
• Develop and maintain digital education resources for clients and staff.
• Cultivate partnerships with community and faith-based organizations.
• Represent Catholic Charities within the Digital Navigation community.
• Assist clients in connecting to resources and services; travel within a 21-county area as needed.
• Occasionally operate a Catholic Charities vehicle and perform other duties as assigned.
