Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field with 3+ years of field experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to administer assessments and prepare monthly reports.
• Experience in technology access or digital literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Digital Navigation program services.
• Supervise digital navigators, interns, and volunteers.
• Develop programming addressing digital literacy and access needs.
• Ensure data collection and reporting complies with funding requirements.
• Cultivate partnerships with community and faith-based organizations.
• Represent Catholic Charities in the Digital Navigation community.
• Occasionally travel within the 21-county service area to support activities.
