Cetechs is seeking a Medical Support Assistant (MSA) to serve as the first point of contact for Veterans, coordinating patient care with a focus on scheduling, records, and referrals. This onsite role supports VA Eastern Colorado facilities and requires strong customer service and healthcare environment familiarity.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or more.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Typing speed 50 wpm or faster.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments per VA guidelines.
• Greet Veterans and provide outstanding customer service.
• Handle calls professionally and route inquiries accordingly.
• Coordinate Community Care referrals and authorizations.
• Update patient demographics and maintain VA health records.
