• Knowledge of VA benefits programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control the work of the division.
• Direct staffing, placement, assignment, and training of division personnel.
• Direct program activities for the delivery of VA benefit programs for veterans, their dependents, and beneficiaries.
• Establish policies and procedures; provide technical guidance to Regional Office Director on Compensation and Pension programs.
