Qualifications

• REAL ID is required for employment.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to veterans’ benefits is preferred.
• Experience with the military and/or military veteran communities.
• Ability to interpret complex laws and regulations and apply to casework.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Customer service and public speaking skills.
• Some overnight travel and regular community outreach, including some weekends or holidays, is required.
