• Serve as primary contact for Veterans to arrange travel for appointments and residence when appropriate.
• Independently manages the Beneficiary Travel Program and determines eligibility for travel reimbursements.
• Maintain manual and electronic accounting records and reconcile vouchers for accuracy.
• Determine method of payment for ambulance claims and prepare payments.
• Assist team members during peak workload times and during staffing shortages.
