Job summary

Kiavets in Waite Park, MN, is seeking Military Veterans to start their careers as Automotive Service Technicians. This program provides hands-on dealership experience as part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program, leading to Kia Service Technician certification.

Veterans will work full-time while developing essential skills and may be eligible for a Monthly Housing Allowance through the GI Bill® during their apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors.
