Kia of St. Cloud in Waite Park, MN, is offering a unique opportunity for Military Veterans to kick-start their careers as Automotive Service Technicians through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP). This program provides hands-on dealership experience and leads to Kia Service Technician certification.

Participants will gain technical knowledge while working alongside experienced technicians, with full-time employment and support for skill development. The apprenticeship is GI Bill® approved, allowing eligible Veterans to receive a Monthly Housing Allowance during their training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engines and electrical systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
