Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting is hiring a Veteran Benefits Consultant for in-person work in Pinehurst, NC. You will listen to veterans, ask thoughtful questions, and guide them through the disability benefits journey with a focus on trust and advocacy.

You’ll learn each veteran’s history, review records, and educate them on the Veterans Guardian process while delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving personal performance goals.

Formación

• Excellent listener who asks thoughtful questions and educates veterans about options.
• Ability to build trust and guide veterans through the VA disability benefits journey.
• Strong communication and empathetic storytelling to help veterans make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with veterans by phone/in-person.
• Learn each veteran’s military and medical history and review service records.
• Educate veterans on the Veterans Guardian process and benefits.
• Build lasting relationships through honest, compassionate conversations.
• Guide veterans through onboarding and required documentation.
