Job summary

NexGenT is seeking a Student Success Manager to assist veterans in utilizing their GI Bill benefits effectively. In this role, you will advocate for students, ensuring they succeed and complete the program. Your responsibilities include conducting regular check-ins, intervening for at-risk students, and maintaining documentation in HubSpot.

The ideal candidate is a U.S. military veteran with at least 2 years of experience in student support and strong data analysis skills. Compensation ranges from $50k to $65k annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in student support, advising, or success roles.
• Strong understanding of military education benefits is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data to identify at-risk students early.
