UHP seeks a Student Outcomes Coordinator to guide veterans and transitioning students from career conversations to placement. You will own a cohort, build employer connections, and help students navigate the civilian hiring process.

You will deliver career-readiness sessions, track progress, and maintain records, all while staying organized in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment at our campuses in Gentry and Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in career services or veteran transition.
• Exceptional organization to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the student cohort from initial career conversations through placement.
• Track applications, interviews, offers, and barriers to employment.
• Coordinate interviews with employer partners.
• Provide career-readiness sessions on recruiting, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Maintain student profiles and follow-up through placement and post-graduation.
