Ideal candidates have admissions or sales experience, are organized, and can meet weekly enrollment targets while coordinating with Student Success for withdrawals or questions as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Requires sales/recruiting/admissions experience or strong customer-facing background.
• Familiarity with military education benefits is a plus or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Conduct veteran enrollment consultations via Zoom and phone, explaining programs and benefits.
• Navigate military education benefits and university partnerships to guide enrollment.
• Maintain and nurture the CRM pipeline with consistent follow-up and notes.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment KPIs and targets.
• Address objections with veteran-specific empathy and support student success coordination.
