Job summary

As a full-time apprentice at a participating Kia Retailer, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles while gaining hands-on training, access to tools and equipment, and certification opportunities. The program includes GI Bill‑approved benefits and mentorship to develop your technical skills and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge required.
• Valid driver's license from any state with clean record.
• Experience in a technical/mechanical field is required.
• Willingness to complete and pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Complete repair orders and warranty requests per Kia and retailer policies.
• Test drive vehicles and diagnose using Kia diagnostic strategies and tools.
• Communicate with shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an optimal customer experience.
