Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• Experience supporting individuals in guidance, advising, or program support.
• Ability to build relationships with military-connected students and diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to learn complex processes, policies, and resources for student success.
• Commitment to supporting military-connected students or other student populations.
• Knowledge of education benefits and student support resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Office of Admissions to support outreach and recruitment for military-affiliated students.
• Advise prospective military-affiliated applicants on the application process and transfer credits.
• Maintain ongoing communication from initial inquiry through enrollment and transition.
• Develop programs that support enrollment, retention, and graduation of veteran students.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student success and career development.
• Track metrics and prepare data reports to inform program improvement.
