Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Program Coordinator for UT for Me to support scholarship recipients and students across programs, ensuring timely graduation and successful career outcomes. You will engage students individually and in groups, providing academic advising, financial planning support, and referrals to campus resources.

Responsibilities include managing a large caseload, coordinating with campus programs, and utilizing software tools for case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years coordinating programs with college or high school students.
• Strong written and verbal communication; daily use of technology.
• Knowledge of student development, campus ecology, and related theories and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Support first-time in college students from orientation through graduation and aid them in meeting career goals.
• Manage a large caseload of students through regular contact in person and via email, text, and other channels.
• Provide individualized programming to promote retention and timely graduation with a focus on career outcomes.
• Communicate with on-campus student success programs, career services, and undergraduate colleges and schools.
• Utilize case management tools and data sources to manage large caseloads (GradSnapp, Advisors Toolkit, EAB Navigate, dashboards).
• Other duties as assigned
