With 3+ years of sales experience and a real estate license, you will build rapport, convert leads, and participate in ongoing coaching and team activities to drive success and earnings in a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prospecting and lead generation are strength areas.
• Organized with excellent time management and willingness to learn scripts.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
