Responsibilities

• Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: Monitor resident activities to ensure program guidelines are followed and residents receive appropriate support and supervision.
• Maintain Facility Safety and Security: Conduct routine rounds of buildings and grounds to identify safety concerns, maintain security, and support effective facility operations.
• Encourage Positive Decision-Making: Build respectful, professional relationships with residents and peers while encouraging responsible choices, accountability, and adherence to program expectations.
• Provide Ongoing Resident Oversight: Monitor resident activity and movement, remain alert to changes in behavior, and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Complete timely, thorough, and accurate records using designated software and established documentation procedures.
• Respond to Emergencies and Incidents: Use sound judgment, de-escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis management techniques to respond appropriately to challenging situations.
• Support Resident Intake: Perform routine, non-clinical intake responsibilities as needed to help ensure a smooth and organized admission process.
• Assist with Transportation: Operate a program vehicle to transport residents when required and authorized.
• Support Program Operations: Collaborate with colleagues, follow established policies and procedures, and complete other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the program.
