Responsibilities

• Be a consistent calming presence, overseeing daily client activities and a safe environment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds.
• Support clients in developing decision-making and life skills.
• Distribute medications and observe drug screenings.
• Conduct searches of client belongings as needed for safety.
• Document observations and incidents using our software.
• Respond to emergencies with de-escalation and crisis-management strategies.
• Greet and assist clients during non-clinical intakes and move them through the program.
• Provide transportation to appointments or activities when needed.
• Contribute as a flexible, trusted team member and assist with other duties.
