Qualifications

• Zero to two years of relevant experience in a residential setting or security role is acceptable.
• Ability to drive a program vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe and Supportive Environment by monitoring resident activities and ensuring program guidelines are followed.
• Maintain Facility Safety and Security through routine rounds and identifying safety concerns.
• Encourage Positive Decision-Making by building respectful relationships and promoting accountability.
• Provide Ongoing Resident Oversight by monitoring activity and communicating concerns to the team.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation using designated software and procedures.
• Respond to Emergencies and Incidents with de-escalation and crisis management as needed.
• Support Resident Intake and Transportation duties as required.
• Support Program Operations by following policies and completing additional duties.
