Job summary

FrontLine Service in Cleveland, OH is seeking a SSVF Case Manager to deliver outreach, engagement, and housing stabilization services to Veterans and their families at risk of homelessness.

You will work with Coordinated Intake, VA programs, and partner agencies, conducting home visits and facilitating access to benefits and income supports. This is a non-exempt, union position with a starting wage of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral or human services, or be a veteran with a combination of education and related experience.
• Valid driver's license with less than six points, proof of insurance along with operational vehicle, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and engagement services to Veterans and their families.
• Assist with homeless prevention, linkage to benefits, housing assistance and case management.
• Perform Habitability Standards inspections and Rent Reasonableness tests of prospective SSVF housing when appropriate.
