Job summary

ST VINCENT DE PAUL OF BALTIMORE INC is seeking a Program Director to oversee the SSVF program across Baltimore City and Baltimore County, ensuring high-quality housing placements and service delivery using a housing-first model.

The role includes supervising Case Managers, developing Individual Service Plans, coordinating with employment services, and ensuring compliance with policy, training staff, and tracking program outcomes with HMIS, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• 3 years experience with homelessness/poverty in urban setting, supervising staff, counseling, case management and/or crisis intervention.
• 2 years experience as a program manager.
• Ability to comply with complex governmental regulations, policies and procedures and demonstrate proper documentation.
• Valid State Driver’s License and access to a car.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers and guide ISP development with clear Goals, Actions, Timelines.
• Coordinate with employment services and housing-focused case management practices.
• Ensure Trauma-Informed Care and Crisis Prevention in all activities.
• Provide staff training, supervise bi-weekly, and conduct monthly meetings.
• Maintain HMIS/Salesforce data entry and generate reports for leadership.
