Job summary

The role includes staff hiring, training, supervision and retention, reporting monthly outcomes, and collaborating with the Director of Performance Management. Compliance with policy and procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• 3 years of experience working with homeless and/or materially poor in urban settings, supervising staff, counseling, case management and/or crisis intervention.
• 2 years of experience as a program manager.
• Able to comply with complex governmental regulations, policies and procedures and demonstrate thorough document compliance.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the SSVF Program in Baltimore City and County; ensure housing placements meet high standards.
• Supervise Case Managers; develop detailed ISP with goals, action plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with employment services to integrate workforce development into case management.
• Ensure Trauma-Informed Care and Crisis Prevention are followed; provide ongoing staff training.
• Conduct bi-weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings; engage with clients individually and in groups.
