Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, rehabilitative counseling, or related human service field is required.
• A minimum of two years experience working with homeless individuals and families including veterans is preferred.
• Veteran or member of a veteran family is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a case load for SSVF Program.
• Provide day-to-day operational activities, including maintaining SSVF documents.
• Provide team leadership for the SSVF program.
• Coordinate client outreach and recruitment for SSVF.
• Develop intake assignments for Case Management Team.
• Develop inter-agency relationships to enhance referrals.
