Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• Experience in human services, especially with homeless populations, preferred.
• Veteran preference is noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing and employment case management to veteran households who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
• Design a Housing Stability Plan with each program participant, and monitor monthly progress.
• Identify eligibility for mainstream benefits and assist in enrollment.
• Conduct data collection via HMIS and FACSPro.
• Complete program documents with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop relationships with service providers, landlords and participants.
• Assist in housing searches and inspections.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings and development activities.
• Travel within service area as needed; overnight travel may be required.
