Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for mental health presentations.
• Conduct cognitive screenings to address functional and cognitive queries.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage in crisis assessment and management.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Maintain documentation per client regulations and DSM-5 criteria.
