Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate and ongoing clinical assessment and collaborative care.
• Completes thorough psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Maintains risk assessment and crisis management procedures within an interdisciplinary team.
• Uses Electronic Health Records to document encounters and care plans.
