Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice independently in ANY state; Psychologist, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW
• Education: master's or doctoral degree as above; PsyPact for Psychologist
• Experience: minimum of 2 years’ therapy practice independently
• Preferred: experience with veterans and military members
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based psychotherapies
• Knowledge of mental health assessment, SUD, mood, anxiety, and SMI
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with electronic health records and MS Office tools
• US citizenship and US residency required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group interventions for mental health presentations
• Conduct cognitive screenings to assess functional and cognitive abilities
• Provide urgent access to clinical assessment and collaborative care
• Complete psychosocial assessments to determine patient and family needs
• Perform DSM diagnoses to guide treatment planning
• Offer crisis intervention and create crisis management plans
• Deliver psychotherapy (individual, group or family) when appropriate
• Refer to veteran benefits and community resources; coordinate care across teams
