Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in ANY state; Psychologist, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW
• PsyPact required in addition to state license for psychologists
• Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing therapy independently
• Experience providing therapy with veterans and military members is preferred
• Expertise with DSM-5 presentations and evidence-based psychological interventions
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and manage crises responsibly
• Familiarity with mental health assessment and treatment; knowledge of SUD, mood, anxiety, and PTSD in veterans

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group interventions for health psychology presentations and related psychosocial stressors
• Perform cognitive screenings and assess functional or cognitive questions
• Provide crisis stabilization and collaborative care when needed
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patient and family needs
• Document encounters per client regulations and ensure accurate records
• Offer DSM-based diagnoses and appropriate treatment planning and referrals
