Primary Care Solutions seeks a Medical Receptionist to greet Veterans, manage check-in/out, and handle enrollment tasks with discretion and care. You will work in a confidential, friendly clinic environment, supporting nursing and administrative staff while maintaining accurate records.

The role is full-time, on-site with standard daytime hours, offering a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office and office software.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional Administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.
• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm; onsite position.
