Primary Care Solutions in Oklahoma is seeking a Medical Receptionist to create a friendly, confidential environment for Veterans attending Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. This on-site, full-time role supports nursing and clinic administration as part of a veteran-focused team.

You will greet patients, verify reminders before discharge, maintain records, manage enrollment tasks, and assist with inventory and office duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of computer systems including MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and strong organizational skills.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (renewed annually) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in and check-out.
• Verify clinical reminders are completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager with inventory and supplies.
• Handle phones, filing, and other office duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans who have served our country valiantly. We are seeking caring professionals who are driven and committed to ensuring the well-being of our nation's Veterans.

• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
• No evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends!
• This is a Full - Time position onsite.
• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional Administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of computer systems to include the MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service& organizational skills
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
