Job summary

Primary Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for our Veterans-focused clinic in Granbury, TX. You will greet patients, check them in and out, verify reminders, and help maintain confidential records with care.

This full-time, on-site role offers standard hours and a supportive team. A High School Diploma and MS Office proficiency are required; BLS certification is encouraged to renew annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in/check-out in a friendly, confidential environment.
• Verify clinical reminders before discharge to ensure complete care.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks with accurate documentation.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Handle phones, filing and other administrative duties as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans who have served our country valiantly. We are seeking caring professionals who are driven and committed to ensuring the well-being of our nation's Veterans.

• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
• No evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends!
• This is a Full - Time position onsite.
• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional Administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of computer systems to include the MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service& organizational skills
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
