Job summary

Primary Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Medical Receptionist to create a friendly, confidential environment for Veterans at our outpatient clinics. The role focuses on patient check-in/out, record maintenance, and supporting the Nurse Manager with supplies in a full-time onsite setting.

Hours are Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm, with no evenings or weekends. Candidates should have a high school diploma, MS Office skills, and customer-service excellence; Basic Life Support is required and renewed yearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of computer systems with MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (renewal annually).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders are completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Perform additional administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.
