Primary Care Solutions in Texas seeks a Medical Receptionist to provide a friendly, confidential environment for Veterans at our Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. This full-time, onsite role supports front-desk operations, patient check-in and check-out, and ensures a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying clinical reminders before discharge, maintaining patient records and enrollment tasks, and assisting Nurse Manager with inventory and office duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer systems.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) renewed annually.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and confidential environment for our Veterans who have served our country valiantly. We are seeking caring professionals who are driven and committed to ensuring the well-being of our nation's Veterans.

• Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
• No evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends!
• This is a Full - Time position onsite.
• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional Administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of computer systems to include the MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service& organizational skills
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
