Primary Care Solutions, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Medical Receptionist to warmly welcome Veterans in a confidential, supportive setting. You will check patients in and out, verify clinical reminders before discharge, and maintain accurate records.

You’ll assist with inventory and general office tasks in a small, veteran-focused clinic. This full-time, on-site position offers Mon-Fri hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm with no evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends, plus a benefits package including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (renew annually).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Other administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.
