Primary Care Solutions provides industry-leading Primary Care services to Veterans. As a Veteran-led and clinician-managed clinic, we deliver compassionate, expert medical care in Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

This full-time on-site position supports front desk operations, patient check-in/out, and clinic workflow. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying reminders before discharge, maintaining records, assisting with inventory, and performing general administrative

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and office systems.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification from The American Heart Association (to be renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Additional administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office.
