Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an Employment Specialist to support homeless and at‑risk veterans in Denver, CO. You will provide individualized employment services, training support, and barrier removal to promote reintegration through the HVRP initiative.

You will manage case load, deliver job readiness and interview coaching, and partner with employers to create placement opportunities while ensuring accurate case notes and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of up to 40 participants across intake and placement milestones.
• Provide job readiness training, technology and financial literacy to participants.
• Develop individualized employment plans with measurable goals.
• Build relationships with employers to identify job opportunities and assist with resumes and applications.
