Job summary

ServiceSource seeks an Employment Specialist to provide Supported Employment, WAJC, LTVS, and community-based supports to individuals with disabilities in Colorado. This on-site role works with VR counselors to place clients in integrated employment across AbilityOne sites.

The position involves caseload management, on-the-job coaching, and collaboration with families, employers, and transit resources. Benefits and a structured environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado driver license and reliable transportation; good MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of up to 20 individuals from intake to closure.
• Provide job coaching during first 3 days on the job and ongoing site visits with task analysis and supports.
• Inform employers and families about tax credits for hiring a person with a disability and assist with paperwork.
• Upload milestone documentation into VR BEAM and SETWORKS for review and billing.
• Meet weekly with EDS to plan schedules and review caseload activities.
