Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in employment with individuals with disabilities or barriers is preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office suite and data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of up to 40 participants through intake, placement, training goals, and case closure.
• Achieve at least a 70% job placement rate among enrolled participants.
• Meet participants weekly to provide job readiness training, basic tech literacy, and financial literacy.
• Develop individualized employment plans (IPEs) with measurable goals and identify transferable skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly surveys with participants and employers to gather feedback.
• Assist participants with resumes, applications, and interview coaching; deliver employability workshops.
• Complete accurate case notes and provide job-retention support during initial 90 days.
