Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop individualized goal plans to support veterans in achieving employment.
• Connect veterans to training opportunities, services and community resources; assist with barriers to employment.
• Conduct outreach to employers and community partners to create employment opportunities for veterans.
• Deliver supportive services based on individual needs; maintain timely documentation.
• Travel within the community to meet with veterans, employers, and partner organizations.
