Job summary

The incumbent will serve as a Physician in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) setting, providing medical care in an outpatient setting following PACT principles. May provide medical care using Telehealth for remote patients, or travel to other CBOCs to cover provider shortage.

Qualifications

• Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from LCME/COCA-accredited school.
• Eligible for medical licensure in a US state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medical care in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) setting.
