You will handle high call volumes, process faxes and orders, and coordinate with branches for remote printing while maintaining patient life-safety data integrity.

Requirements include High School diploma, fluency in English, experience in medical office or DME, and strong data entry, Excel, and phone skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in a medical office, DME, or hospital.
• Advanced data entry and 10-key typing.
• Proficient MS Excel and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes with inbound/outbound calls.
• Process faxes and orders up to 100 per day.
• Coordinate remote printing with various branches.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data integrity.
• Educate patients/caregivers about equipment and policies.
