Mid-Cities Medical is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support care coordination for veterans, hospitals, and patients. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, process orders, and document patient records to maintain life-safety information and data integrity.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with proficiency in Brightree or similar software. On-site work from 8a–5p in Grand Prairie, Texas, is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry accuracy critical to patient records and safety.
• Must understand and speak English fluently; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volume with patients, families, and providers.
• Process faxes and orders up to 100 per day.
• Coordinate with branches for remote printing and ensure file integrity.
