Job summary

Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) is seeking Military Veterans for the role of Automotive Service Technician. This full-time position offers a structured one-year GI Bill® approved apprenticeship program. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Kia vehicles and receive training needed to achieve Kia Service Technician certification. Applicants must have a mechanical background, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to undergo a background check. The program provides tools and support for career development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors.
