Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engines and electrical systems.
Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics using Kia procedures.
Complete repair orders and warranty documentation according to policies.
Test drive vehicles and verify repair quality using diagnostic tools.
Communicate effectively with service advisors for a positive customer experience.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment following safety procedures.
