Job summary

A car dealership in Garden Grove, CA is looking for Military Veterans to join as Automotive Technician Apprentices. This position offers a structured apprenticeship through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program, allowing Veterans to gain hands-on experience while completing a one-year program that leads to Kia Service Technician certification. Responsibilities includes diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles, and the program is GI Bill® approved, providing a Monthly Housing Allowance during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must have Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including engines and electrical systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics using Kia procedures.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation as per policies.
