Job summary
CityVet is seeking Veterinary Technicians to join our team in a vet-led clinic. A Veterinary Technician Assistant role is available with at least 1 year of experience. Compensation depends on experience and education.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience.
- Good communication and listening skills essential.
- Ability to restrain animals safely and handle them gently.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians by prepping patients for surgery and monitoring post-op patients.
- Obtain and collect samples (stool, blood, etc.) for testing.
- Perform tests and help interpret results.
- Administer prescribed medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and relay care instructions.
- Support front desk staff as needed.
