CityVet is seeking Veterinary Technician Assistants with at least 1 year of veterinary experience to join our team. Entry-level positions are available and we are willing to train the right candidate.

The Veterinary Technician Assistant supports Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians, helps prepare patients for procedures, restrains animals safely, and helps ensure smooth communication between the operating room, front office, and clients in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience preferred but entry-level roles available.

Responsibilities

• Assist VT in preparing patients for medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
• Help restrain animals safely and effectively.
• Support communication from operating room to front desk and clients.
