• Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts.

• Supervise team when needed and assist Practice Manager or COS to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional client education and service to improve client satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to meet client needs and plan time off and CE.
• Ensure compliance with Banfield policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
