Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, supporting the Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity and care quality. You will help guide the team and uphold our standards in client service and veterinary care.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, is available for weekend and evening shifts, and is committed to delivering exceptional client and pet

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team when needed.
• Wamiliarity with practice policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support hospital team to maximize productivity and quality care.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and CE planning.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Uphold Banfield dress and grooming guidelines and policies.
